Sometimes things don’t quite meet your expectations. We understand this, and we are here to listen and help. In this instance, we have an established a complaints procedure:
- In the first instance, you should speak to your tutor or any staff member in confidence and they will be able to assist you to resolve this.
- If this does not resolve the issue, or you wish to make a formal complaint instead, you can do this via the Compliments, Suggestions and Complaints form. This can be completed by yourself, or you can request a staff member to complete this on your behalf either by visiting one of our main centres or calling our FREEphone on 0800 988 0308. We aim to formally respond to all complaints within 5 working days. Where this is not possible, we will advise you of the issues and confirm an appropriate timeframe with you.
- If you feel you have still not received a satisfactory resolution to your complaint, then you can contact Paul Fleming (Head of Service) or contact Leicestershire County Council’s complaints team via the leicestershire.gov.ukexternal link and opens in new window site.
